Kiwi Liquid Botanical Extract 10:1 has become a prominent source of moisture and antioxidants in the skincare sector. It is a proprietary blend of Kiwi Extract, and Propanediol created using an advanced production method. Propanediol is sourced from plants, is biodegradable, and does not contain petrochemicals. Approved by the NPA, it is a sustainable corn sugar-based option to replace petroleum-derived Glycols for hair and skin care products. It offers an array of benefits such as increased emollience, improved viscosity, non-irritating properties, pleasing sensory qualities, greater clarity, and anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
The characteristic pigment of this botanical extract can provide natural and organic cosmetic formulations with its unique shade. This allows for desirable product colors to be achieved without the use of artificial and often inadvisable components. To determine the precise dosage required to produce the desired color, it is suggested that tests be conducted in small batches.
