Shipping Insurance Policy

Standard Insurance:

All packages are automatically insured for theft, loss, non-delivery, or damage through Shipsurance. This includes packages that are marked delivered but have not been received. Packages that are not delivered or marked delivered and not received take 20 calendar days from the date shipped before the claim process starts. An affidavit will be sent to your email on the 20th day that needs to be completed. Once completed there will be a review period of 1-5 business days before the claim is paid. Once the claim is paid, we will reship your order or refund the order at your discretion. 

Premium Insurance:

Premium Insurance is provided by Friendly for $1 per $100 of product. Friendly insurance is processed by SMS and takes as little as 24 hours to process claims for theft, loss, non-delivery, or damage. This includes packages that are marked delivered but have not been received. Once the claim is paid a replacement order will automatically be generated in our system and we will reship your order.
