Shorea Stenoptera, also commonly referred to as Illipe butter, is a very unique, sought-after butter. It is an all-natural butter. Illipe butter is naturally obtained from Shorea Stenoptera. The nuts of the Shorea stenoptera seed contain fat that is sustainably harvested, expeller(cold) pressed, and then refined and deodorized for cosmetic use. The end product is similar to cocoa butter with a higher melting point. Illipe is ideal for making personal care products like body butter, creams, lotions, skincare, lip care products, balms, and hair care products like conditioners. It helps stabilize emulsions due to the uniform triglyceride composition and has emollient properties making it a very stable replacement for many synthetic emollience enhancers. The butter has an excellent softening effect and good spreadability characteristics. Illipe butter prevents dry skin due to its humectant and moisture-binding properties. It is the perfect choice for helping dry & irritated skin conditions and is suitable for wrinkles & the treatment of sun-damaged skin.
