Plant-derived Ferulic Acid Powder is a powerful antioxidant that is beneficial in neutralizing environment free radicals that can contribute to premature signs of aging. A reduction in the formation of fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, inflammation, and an uneven skin tone are just a few of the benefits that make this product a top choice for anti-aging serums and creams. Found in the cell wall of plants like oats, brown rice, peanuts, oranges, and apples, ferulic acid's benefits also include enhancing the activity of other antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, phloretin, and silymarin.

Did Not Disperse in Hot Water

This product does not dissolve or disperse in hot water. I purchased Ferulic Acid Powder from three sources that listed solubility of "dispersible in hot water." The end result from this product was gritty and unusable. The other two sources dissolved nicely in hot water with a smooth end product. Reached out to support, and Matthew, the office manager, informed me that different plant sources produce different results, and I should follow the solubility instructions. Well, if there was any instruction, I didn't get it with my order. I wasn't looking for a different handling procedure, just hot water solubility. Too complicated for me, not worth the effort.

Hello, as I have previously explained to you in an email, being disbursible in water means it will only dissolve slightly, but mainly just mix in. Dissolving is a chemical process and ferulic acid will not fully dissolve in water. Ferulic acid, by nature is sparingly soluble in aqueous buffers. Ferulic acid is soluble in organic solvents like ethanol, propanediol, propylene glycol, DMSO, and DMR. That being said, it also may be a difference of the source of the ferulic acid. It is plant based but most suppliers do not disclose which plant it came from, as it is usually just a mixture of plants. So, if you have ferulic acid that is fully dissolving, then it may be from a different plant source. When using our ferulic acid, please use our guidelines for solubility. You will find our solubility guidelines listed on the product's page on our website. I hope this clears up any confusion.
