Virgin Plum Kernel Oil is a beautifully lightweight botanical oil cold pressed from the kernels of Prunus domestica. Recommended Usage: Use at approximately 1–20% in creams, lotions, serums, hair products, and other formulations. May be used up to 100% in anhydrous facial, body, hair, and massage oil blends.
Formulator Tip: Plum Kernel Oil’s naturally appealing aroma and lightweight feel make it an excellent oil for simple facial and body oil blends. Pair it with squalane or jojoba for an especially light formulation, or combine it with richer botanical oils and butters to improve spreadability and skin feel.
Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Refrigeration may help maintain freshness during extended storage.
