Virgin Cacay Nut Oil is a lightweight, nutrient-rich botanical oil cold pressed from the seeds of Caryodendron orinocense. Naturally abundant in essential fatty acids and antioxidant compounds, Cacay Oil is prized in facial and body care formulations for its ability to condition, soften, and nourish the skin without leaving a heavy or greasy finish.
Its naturally high linoleic acid content makes Cacay especially attractive for facial oils, serums, creams, lotions, eye-area formulations, body oils, and mature-skin products. The oil absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling soft, smooth, and conditioned, making it an excellent choice for formulations where a lighter sensory profile is desired.

Formulator Tip: Cacay’s lightweight character makes it particularly useful for balancing richer oils and butters. Try combining it with rosehip, squalane, jojoba, pracaxi, or other specialty botanical oils to create a customized facial oil.
Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Refrigeration may help extend freshness after opening, particularly for long-term storage.
