Made in the USA- Shelf Life 3 Years Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Distillates/extract is a clear, colorless botanical extract prepared from freshly cut and partially dried, dormant twigs of the Hamamelis virginiana Linn plant. This distillate offers a variety of benefits for skin and personal care applications. Since it is Alcohol-Free it works well in applications that require the soothing natural astringent properties of Witch Hazel but the drying properties of alcohol are not desired. For instance sensitive skin or the delicate skin of a newborn. The most popular uses are for products where irritation or skin feel is of primary concern.
