NatureSolv Natural Solubilizer

NatureSolv is a natural PEG-Free solubilizer blend that yields transparent aqueous solutions. It solubilizes different types of perfume oils, essential oils, and other lipophilic components. The blend contains corn-derived alkylpolypentosides and is PEG-free. NatureSolv can be formulated in a cold process, without or with small amounts of alcohol, and is easy to handle. NatureSolv is a plant-derived alternative to petroleum-derived solubilizers for adding oil-based ingredients to many products including linen sprays, room fresheners, toners, and anything your imagination can think of.

The manufacturing procedure for aqueous solutions or surfactant-based products:
1. Pre-mix NatureSolv with perfume and other lipophilic substances to be solubilized at room temperature.
2. Add water, the aqueous phase, or the surfactant base, to the pre-mix under stirring.
3. Adjust pH to 4.5 – 6.5 if necessary.

Note: In surfactant-based products: NatureSolv may reduce the viscosity. Adjust viscosity at the end of the formulation process. The Suggested Usage Rate depends on the oil-based components. Start with a ratio of 1:3 (one part oil, three parts solubilizer). If the solution stays milky, increase the amount of solubilizer. Restart the formulation process in this case.

Shelf life: 12 months, properly stored, in a sealed container.
This product should be added to a formulation at the recommended usage rate.
